- Pre-tensioning and cutting into a machine
In order to achieve the required prestressing forces, we need a reliable pocket-drive. In the case of the normal struts, the pretensioner is integrated into the device and is therefore quite valuable to be shipped with the load. In the case of EasyLash systems, the pre-tensioning mechanism stays in the sender and only the strap moves along with the load. This is an investment once it quickly dampens.

- Take the tension over you
With the EasyLash Ergo dynamic load system you pull, instead of pushing, to tension the strap more ergonomically. Tensioning requires less effort and completes faster. Ergo is a good alternative to the standard pre-tensioner (D000152) and is ideal if you use it only occasionally. It can be used with all EasyLashtex straps.

Instead of using muscle strength, this tensioning system makes it easier for us to operate with compressed air. in this way we save energy and time, especially when packing large quantities often. And in this system the cutter is embedded – there is no faster and safer solution than this. This mechanism is suitable for up to 38mm buckles.

This system made of durable material makes load insurance easy and fast. Pre-tension percentage per motion is large and so we achieve high pre-tension with little effort. Depending on the model, it is suitable for a 19, 40 or 50mm strap.

The manual tensioner for textile strap up to 50mm widths

The manual tensioner ManuCord XL is the consistent further developement of the model ManuCord. It is an adequate altenative for professional processing of textile strap, woven strap and composite strap up to 50 mm width. On account of its construction and robustness the manual tensioner allows a maximum tensioning and grants over here optimum lashing and securing.

PneumoCord allows effective and quick securing of goods with corded, composite and woven straps and buckles. Due to the build-in cutter when using wire buckles it can be worked without firstly crosscut the strap. For vertical as well as horizontal working on a balancer there is optional available a hanger bow. The handshield bow minimizes the injury risks when lashing.
