It can magnetize metal sheets, metal rods, pipes or metal beams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The nominal lifting capacity of each magnet is achieved under certain conditions.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion active_section=&#8221;&#8221; no_fill=&#8221;true&#8221; collapsible_all=&#8221;true&#8221;][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;The conditions which affect the lifting capacity of a magnet&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1512380301949-d7dc174d-759f&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The conditions which affect the lifting capacity of a magnet are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"featureList\" style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 16px;\">\n<li class=\"tick\"><strong>The surface of the material we are lifting<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen the surface is smoother and cleaner without rust and gaps, then the performance and the lifting capacity which magnet achieves are higher.<\/li>\n<li class=\"tick\"><strong>The thickness of the material we are lifting<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen the thickness of the load is larger, then there are more metal &#8220;molecules&#8221;, in which the magnetic force will be applied, the better the magnet is.<\/li>\n<li class=\"tick\"><strong>The shape of the material we are lifting<\/strong><br \/>\nThe more flat (no curve) the load, the better the performance is magnet, and therefore greater lifting capacity. In cases where we use a magnet to lift a metal tube, the diameter of the tube also plays a role. If we lift a very long metal beam from the center with a magnet, there is the possibility of creating some deformation that can lead to a drop in the load (as a solution is the use of two or more magnet suspended in a beam so that we get down load from two or more points and avoid creating such distortion).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][\/vc_tta_accordion][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All of the above factors play a very important role in the lifting capacity of natural magnets and electromagnets.
