The support lanyards is part of the fall protection system. Their purpose is to connect the harness-belt to the anchor point. They can be used as a maintenance system to restrict user movements. They are equipped with a length adjustment system so that the operator is stationary in his working position. The support lanyards can not be used as fall protection on its own.
