Tractel

Mechanical load cell

TRACTEL® was founded in 1941. The first success came when he obtained a production license for the TIRFOR® guitar, a cable traction and lifting tool that passes through the mechanism. At that time, the TIRFOR ® guitar was a revolutionary tool that helped handle various kinds of cargo. Since then, TRACTEL® has continued to research and produce leading materials, including electro-mechanical Tirfor (1975), crane scales up to 250 tones (in the 1980s) and Personal Protective Equipment (for safe work at height, 90’s ).

The know-how and experience that has developed over the years and all of the above materials make TRACTEL® a leader among the companies producing and developing similarly materials.

The wide range of Tractel products includes:

Dynasafe™ HF 05 / A

mechanical load cell

The load cell operates by the movement of metal within its elastic limit. This movement acts on an adjustable switch, giving an “all-or-nothing” signal.

  • They are available as versions with a limit or two independent limits
  • Loading load from 25 daN to 3200 daN.

Dynasafe™ HF 05 / B

mechanical load cell

This movement acts on an adjustable high precision microswitch, giving an “all-or-nothing” signal. The HF05 mechanical load cells are normally used in conjunction with the HF85/1 monitor, but may also be used with a PLC or a simple automatic relay.

  • Loading load from 25 daN to 12000 daN.

Dynasafe™ HF 31/1/A2

mechanical load cell

Mechanical load limiter for installation on steel cable. This movement acts on an adjustable switch, giving an “all-or-nothing” signal. Version with two independent limits.

  • Issue with a limit or two independent limits.
  • Loading load from 200 daN up to 3200 daN in the cable.

Dynasafe™ HF 32/0/A

mechanical load cell

Mechanical load limiter for installation on the rope. This movement acts on an adjustable switch, giving an “all-or-nothing” signal.

  • Issue with a limit or two independent limits.
  • Pulling capacity from 100 daN to 1570 daN per drop.
